It’s been 3 years since being rearended by the van. The tremor in my hand is not much better. Am taking care of myself, via Chinese medicine and changes in my diet to manage and hopefully lessen tremors. Mostly, I have been drawing these last few years. Painting only a little. This year I have found a new way to paint, as I cannot do the finishing edges the way I used to due to tremoring. I feel like I am starting over. Painting more primitively and using thick edges like I used to do. It’s a new beginning.
What's next
In December 2016, in my car, I got hit by a van. It was 4 months that I did not paint, draw, anything. I've never not painted before. I've always created daily, no matter what. I suppose being older has something to do with it. Last Wednesday, I got creative again. Check out the new works page. That's where I'll post anything I'm working on. In the beginning
All I ever wanted to do is paint, draw, create. I was told I could do it and for that moment I believed it. I have believed it ever since, even when others said I wasn't good enough. It's been the one thing I knew for sure. I had a good "eye". I saw and see things in my own way. ©SAH 4-29-17
